The Pool

The swimming pool, situated at the rear of the villa is fully screened and complete with patio furniture. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in the winter months.
If heating is required, there will be an additional charge for use of gas. A pool safety alarm is fitted.
